Family Fun This Month in Fredericksburg

Spring has sprung, and the Wildseed Farms just east of Fredericksburg on Highway 290 is celebrating the season in grand style! Their annual Wildflower Celebration began this weekend and continues every day through April 20.
The Wildflower Celebration includes a tour of the 3,000 square foot live butterfly exhibit, over 80 acres of wildflower fields (bluebonnets, larkspur, poppies and more) and walking trails, and live music on the weekends from 2:00pm until 6:00pm. More information can be found at http://www.wildseedfarms.com/!
A couple of Pi Beta Phi alumnae were spotted at the Wildseed Farms yesterday, including Mary Wills of Fredericksburg (that's my son and his friend in the photo above, standing in a field of Texas Maroon Bluebonnets). Hope you can find time to explore the farms this spring. Take your camera...it is magnificent!
